Terms of Service

SavedCall provides missed-call text-back and SMS relay services for businesses.

Service

You get a dedicated phone number that answers your forwarded missed calls, texts callers back instantly, and relays SMS conversations to your cell.
You must own or control the phone number you forward from, and you may only use SavedCall to contact people who called or texted your business first.
No spam, marketing blasts, or messaging that violates telecom regulations (TCPA/CTIA in the US, CASL in Canada). We suspend accounts that generate carrier complaints.

Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime — cancellation stops the next renewal and the service stays on until the paid period ends.
14-day free trial on new accounts. Refunds for the current month on request if something didn't work — email us.

Liability

SavedCall relays telecom traffic on a best-effort basis and is not liable for missed messages, carrier delivery failures, or downstream loss of business. The service is provided "as is." Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
